HOAC Windsurfing Report
Was bored, and the wind was gentle and it was a baking hot day. Needed to test out the Bic Techno 125 that I bought 2 months ago.
Went over to Hillingdon Outdoor Activity Centre (www.hoac.net) and had a pleasant potter about on the lake in Force 2 with the 7.4m beast sail.
Hard work - board is tiny compared to what I'm used to. Wibbles and wobbles all over the place at first. Once there's a breeze though, she flies. Nearly planing in Force 2. Can't wait for force 3 and up because its going to be fun. Not sure yet how I am going to tack or gybe - its really hard to balance on such a small board, but I am sure I will think of something.

My Life in Bath
In June 2007 I started a new job in Bath. Out went the cozy life of doing an easy job for a big telephone comany, and in came actually working for a living in a small company of less than 20 staff where there is nowhere to hide. Luckily I found a studio flat to rent really quickly, and it is a nice walk through the best parts of Bath to the office. As of July 2007 I think the job is going well. I've not been sacked, I don't think I have fallen out with the boss. The pictures show the house where my flat is, the Royal Crescent, The Circus and Belmont. Lovely.
